Our clients need 200 new markets in the next 5 years, 20 by the end of this calendar year. Our clients do not have time to wait for candidates to develop 10-12 years of experience, they need this work done yesterday. Therefore, they establish criterias for people to progress from one stage of the training program to the next. On average it takes candidates 6-12 months to complete the entire training.
